my stay at the sheraton was relaxing. the location is right next to the water gardens, which is perfect for a stroll. room was clean and stocked well, and the check-in with nykia was fast and friendly. i enjoyed the indoor pool and spa tub, which were a nice touch.

This place is conveniently located near the Water Gardens, making for a refreshing stroll right outside. The indoor pool and spa tub provided a nice escape to unwind after a long day, which is what I was looking for.
Parking can be a real hassle, with the self-parking lot often completely full—which isn't ideal given the $22 charge. Several areas in the hotel feel outdated, from the carpeting to some room furnishings, which could use an upgrade. The restaurant service was woefully slow during my visit, with just one person handling both food and bar, leaving many guests frustrated and seeking alternatives nearby.

Recommended for solo travelers
Had this awesome moment when I checked in with a gal named Nykia, she was a real gem, made everything smooth like the blue meth I used to cook. Also, the place was spotless and they had this cool feature, nightlight in the bathroom mirror, which made those late-night trips way less terrifying.
It wasn't cheap, but tolerable enough for the experience.

Had an awesome time with friends exploring the unique museums downtown and experiencing the vibrant culture. We found the room spacious and comfy. The staff was super helpful. Pro tip, parking is $20 per night, so budget for that!
We had some trouble with the toilet running continuously, which was a hassle. Had to call for maintenance a couple of times before it got sorted out.
